I authorized the notebooks app update and now the notebooks app will not allow me to access the information that was in notebooks prior to the update. Please advise as to how to retrieve my data. Thank you.
I am sorry that you are having issues with Notebooks 3.
Is your iPod still running on OS 2.2? If it does, this might be the reason why Notebooks 3 does not launch. - We have done everything to keep the latest version compatible with the older OS, but it seems that there is an issue on certain devices :-(
There are two options:

2. The other option, if you are still using OS 2.2, would be to upgrade to OS 3.1.2 ... and experience a series of useful new features that have been included.
