Can the data from notebook be exported to excell?

Our company is looking to use the app for a guest book/email list for our visitor center. Would we be able to export the data to microsoft excel?
The notes in Notebooks are standard plain text documents that can easily be transferred to your computer. However, we do not provide a standardized way of importing these documents into Excel, as we have never been asked for that so far ;-)
I think it should be relatively easy to get those files into an Excel sheet, but if you are having troubles and need some more specific help, please contact us at notebooks app@me.com
