I purchased the wrong version of Notebooks. How can I get the correct version without paying again?

Hi,

I load by mistake in my Ipad the iphone version, how can I load the ipad version without paying again the software and keep my notes ?

Hi,

I am sorry to hear this. It is not possible to exchange the apps directly, so the suggested procedure would be this: contact Apple through your iTunes account and report a problem, describing that you purchased the wrong version of the app. Apple will then refund the amount you payed, but you will no longer be able to access your notes. So, before you do that, please make sure to export your notes to your computer; the easiest probably is by saving the "Notebooks" folder through iTunes' File sharing.

You can purchase the iPad version independently.
