I don't have the timestamp button anymore. I had it before today but when I was taking notes the button was gone. I checked settings, did I overlook something?

It is still there, but in a slightly different location: in the row of extra buttons (on the iPhone/iPod touch) you now find an "arrow down" button, which in fact is the new "insert" button. Tap that and you get a list of options: timestamp, image, link, location. - We had to make this modification because the display is too small to give each function its own button.
