Is it possible to tell notebooks to ignore certain files on the server when syncing, and not attempt to copy them? If it matters, this is with webdav sync, and I have some hidden files/directories (i.e. they begin with a dot) that I would prefer not to have syncing to notebooks.

Hello Mark,

currently, there is no way to tell Notebooks to ignore certain files. However, I think it would make sense to ignore those starting with a dot, so we will put that on our todo list.
