Awful Spanish Translation

elautogiro, September 03, 2011 18:04

Thanks for your great piece of software. I am impressed since I bought it yesterday!
One thing you could do to make it better is translate it into a non-computer Spanish. I'd rather use the English one than having to look at those crazy sentences.

Thank you for your feedback and your honest words. The update, which will appear on the App Store within the next couple of days, won't improve that much, but we will go and look for a better translation than we have now. - If you have any suggestion, we would very much appreciate it!

Kind regards,
Alfons

Dear Alfons,
if I could help with the translation, I would be hapy to do it. Seriously! I am enjoying so much your Notebooks app that it would be a real pleasure to help make it better.

[Two examples of inconsistency: when you clic on the gear for the settings, there is a sentence that looks to me more Italian than Spanish: "Importazione, Esportazione e sinc"should read "Importación, Exportación y Sinc(ronización)". Or at the Dropbox settings, the explanation under the Sync Rest button is so difficult to understand, that you don't dare to clic on it]

It's great to read about your next update! I wonder what else have you done to improve this great piece of software: automatic Dropbox sync? Ability to send tasks to The Hit List? Format text on rtf notes...?

Thanks a lot for your kind anser.
