I see this has been answered before but the answer doesn't work. When you press the icon for custom sort order, the screen DOES NOT go into edit mode. It simply does nothing. How does one sort entries? I'd like them to sort by the date first entered in the note, but this software doesn't seem to recognize the dates...

Hi,

selecting "custom sort order" does not take the list into edit mode, that it true; for that, you need to tap the icon right next to the sort order button (it displays four lines), then you can reorder the entries, and when you are finished, just tap that "edit" icon again.
