How to get iPhone version off of iPad

I purchased the iPad version and it says installed. However, the iPhone version is still showing on the iPad.

Hi,

Is seems that you now have both versions installed on your iPad. They have the same icon but are independent apps. To get the iPhone version off th iPad, identify it, tap and hold its icon and tap on the x when ths icon starts to wiggle.
