Do you have an estimate for release of a Mac desktop app?

I'll need to convert to Lion soon. At that time I'll have to finally stop using my Palm apps.
I am at my desk for half the day so it'd be much easier to use Notebooks on my Mac during those hours and use my Iphone4 when I'm out.

Our original plans were to start a beta phase now, but unfortunately we have to delay it. Anyway, our schedule is to release version 1.0 this fall, let's hope that we don't miss that too much ;-)
