Notebooks for iPhone Answers

It would be awfully nice to be able to use HTML tags.  I have tried <b>embedding</b> the tags, but Notebooks ends up quoting them. :-(

Therefore, it is impossible for me to use rich text.  I would love to be able to use rich text - any thoughts about how to be able to do this?  Even if there was a button for frequently used tag like bold, h3, italics, -- that would be great.
