Sync iBooks notes?

Is it possible to send notes from iBooks to notebooks, then Link back to the location of the note?
Theoretically yes, but iBooks is the limiting factor. It does not offer the necessary interface for apps like Notebooks to open a specific location. I would recommend to send feedback to Apple and ask them for this so called "URL scheme".
