Transfer notes from ipad1 to ipad2

I bought an ipad2 and wanted to import all my notes done in notebooks but when i sync, my notes do not jump to my new Ipad. How can i do it?
The easiest way to get all apps and documents to the new iPad would be to restore the iPad2 from a current backup you made from your iPad1. This not only transfers all documents from Notebooks, but also all other apps and their data. Sometimes it may be necessary to perform the restore procedure twice.
