transferring palm memos to ipod touch 4/notebooks

I installed the app on my ipod touch 4 because I wanted to transfer several hundred palm memos but I can't figure out how to do it. I run windows vista on my laptop and the palm is a treo E2. Everything I want to transfer is on my Palm Desktop.
