I'd like to send some text to Omnifocus as an action. So I select it. But in order to get to the send to omnifocus button I need to dismiss the keyboard. When I do that, I lose the selection.
Then, if I send it to Omnifocus, it sends the first line of the file. I want to send the selection. What am I doing wrong?

yes, there is a little catch to that. Typically, tapping the text immediately displays the keyboard. In many cases this is desirable, but in some cases this is counter productive.
There is a workaround, though: if you activate "Clickable Links" in Notebooks' settings, then you will have to tap the text twice in order to show the keyboard (this comes from a limitation of the iOS). This means that selecting text does not immediately bring up the keyboard, which leaves the action button visible.
