When I open an existing note to add content, it takes multiple attempts to get the cursor to display so that I can begin to add content. What am I doing wrong?
Due to certain limitations of the iOS, the keyboard does not always show up after the first tap. Here are the rules:
1. Plain text notes
- if you do not have clickable links activated, a single tap in the text shows the keyboard
- with clickable links enabled, you need to tap twice (not double- tap, but tap twice)
2. For formatted notes, you need to tap three times (of select "Edit" from the action menu) to switch editing mode, and the next tap shows the keyboard.
We know, this is all less than ideal, but we need to work around the limitations somehow ...
