How do I import movies?

I have video footage of children that I would like to add but when I try by copying using the pasteboard it doesn't work!
Copy/Paste is not supported for movies, but it might be a good idea to add this in a future update.
If you have the video in your iPhone's or iPad's album, just select "Add Photo/Movie" from the "+" menu.
If the video is on your computer, you need to import it with any of Notebooks' import or sync options.
