Adding context
I try to add new context. I can change existing ones but I'm unable to add new ones to the context list.

Hi,
you can add new contexts in two places:
1) in Settings > Contexts > Manage Contexts
2) when assigning contexts to books or documents
In both situations, the first entry of the list (it shows a "+" sign) allows you to add new contexts. Just tap into that cell and the keyboard will show up.

I did try it both ways. But the +-sign does not really have an impact. I cannot save the new entry. If I hit done the entry next to the + sign disappears.
That is all ok, but after tapping done (or hiding the keyboard), the new entry should appear in the list of contexts below.
The "+" sign is not active, it just indicates that you can add something in this field ...
