It doesn't load up anymore

I updated today, the app now doesn't load up. Have I now lost all of my notes?

I am sorry to hear that you are one of those users that are affected by this!
No, your notes are not lost; what happens is that Notebooks is looking for some piece of information which for some reason cannot be found, and after about 20 seconds the iOS simply terminates Notebooks.
An update is on its way to the App Store, and as I said above, there is no need to worry about your notes, they are all fine.
