Hi,

this is a difficult topic on iOS devices. While it is very simple to switch the keyboard to Hebrew, there is a lack of permanent right-to-left support. You can start writing RTL, but when you open an existing note for reading, the text is displayed left to right. Many apps have to struggle with that and there is no general solution available yet.

I am sorry I have no better info than that.
