Can you make handwritten notes/drawings?

I need this feature plus typed notes for note taking in classes where I have to copy equations off the board fast.
Notebooks for iPad supports "sketches", which allow you to draw or write by hand. For the best results, using a stylus would be recommended.
Just to avoid misunderstandings: currently it is not possible to type and draw on the same document or note; typed notes and sketches different documents.
