How do I open a ZIP file?

New to Notebooks I decided to download the Quickstart-file (which results in a ZIP-file titled Help). Despite clicking through all the Settings-options and every clickable item I could find, I cannot open the file. What now?

Just open the zip file, which will display its contents. Then select "Unzip" from the action menu (you reach that by tapping the button with the square and the curved arrow)
