I downloaded your update and now I cannot open my notebooks anymore. My problem is all my files for work are there and I'm in big trouble please help asap.

we have received several reports regarding this same issue.
Which iOS version do you use? We have also heard that updating to iOS 4.2.1 solves this.
Have you tried to restart your iPhone?

Yes. I had the same problem which was sorted out by updating my o/s as suggested by staff.
Attach iPhone/iPod/iPad to iTunes click in left column, go to the summary tab and you can update from there. Painless, takes just a few minutes and is completely automated. Works fine now.
Thanks for the suggestion to update my os I did it and now I can open my notebooks again. Whew:-) I thought I cannot recover my work files. Everything is ok again I really appreciate your quick response guys.
