Stop syncing specific Notebook

How can I stop syncing a specific Notebook with Dropbox? For some reason the Help book is synced and I want to stop this.
Notebooks always syncs the contents of the book from which you initiate the sync. So you don't always need to sync from the top level book, you can do so from any other book as well.
Right now, there is no option to exclude certain books from syncing, but we have that on our list of requested features and will add it in a future version.
