Text entry visibility and toolbar not working properly since iOS 4.2 update

Hi - was using Notebooks just fine until I upgraded to iOS 4.2 yesterday - tried to use Notebooks today and any text entry was obscured during typing, and the toolbar inactivated. Only "came good" after hiding the keyboard - when no text can be entered! Clearly a GUI bug.

Well, this is clearly an iOS 4.2 bug ;-)
Fixed in the Notebooks update that was released yesterday.
