Does notebooks for iPad include bulleted lists and numbered lists?

I'm looking for a notebook app that will allow me to create bulleted and numbered lists. I have been unable to find a comprehensive list of the features in this app. Does it include this functionality?

Notebooks supports "Markdown" since version 4.1 (iPhone) and 2.1 (iPad). We hope this will be a transient workaround until the iOS allows us to provide you with much better tools.
