Is it possible to browse books and notes ie in non-edit mode?

I find it too easy to go into edit mode and accidentaly amend data.
Hi,
while there is no general setting to browse in "read-only" mode, there are two options I can suggest:
- for sensitive documents you can activate "Read Only" mode through its info pane; turn on the switch and the document can no longer be modified
- if you turn on "clickable links" in Notebooks' settings you will have to tap twice on the text before the keyboard shows up; as a side effect, this makes it harder to accidentally modify a note
