Deleting files in iTunes sharing

Caspersgrin, October 14, 2010 05:19

Hi,

I foolishly/carelessly drug an audio file in the Notebooks Documents window in iTunes. As far as I know, it's an invalid file type and as far as I can tell, it didn't upload to Notebooks on my iPhone. The problem is that I can't seem to get it off the Documents window. I can't drag it off and there does not appear to be a delete option. How do I make it go away.

Thanks,
Rob

Hi Rob,

to delete a document from the file sharing window just select it (highlight it) in iTunes and press delete/backspace on the keyboard. This will remove the document from the window.

To get a file into Notebooks after uploading it through iTunes, select "Import from iTunes" from the top level book's context menu.

By the way: Notebooks does support audio files.
