The application did not install in my iPad the help files that contains, help books appear but are blank, no content. What should I do? Can you help? Thanks

Hi,

while this is not a serious issue it may still indicate that the installation process was not "clean". - If you have not yet added much information you might consider deleting Notebooks from your iPad and reinstalling it.

Beside that, you always find an updated version of the Help files on our website at
http://www.notebooksapp.com/Download.html

Download the zip file from Safari on your iPad, select "Open in..." > Notebooks, open the zip file and select "Unzip" from the action menu.

The latest version of the Help files even contains a link to the zip file which, when tapped, imports it directly into Notebooks.

I hope this helps.
