I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with Notebooks!
You don't need to worry about your work, when you back up your iPod through iTunes, the contents of Notebooks will be backed up, too, and there is always a way to restore that.
- Have you tried to restart your iPod? Did that change anything?
- Do you remember which document was the last you had opened?
- To give us more insight in what is wrong, would you send us a "crash report" that the iPod produces automatically? Here is how you find it:
When you synchronize with iTunes, all the crash logs are transferred to your computer. Here are their locations:
• Mac OS X :~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
• Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/
• Windows Vista: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
The log file names start with Notebooks and have the extension “crash”. They are just plain text files and can be sent by e-mail.
