How do I get the entire "help" section back on my Ipad

HI there. I think I must have accidentally erased portions of the "Help" book. How do I reload all sections of it? Thanks
Getting the help documents back into Notebooks is easy. The latest version of the help files is always available for download on our website at http://www.notebooksapp.com/Download.html
Just download the zip file, extract it on your computer and move the files into Notebooks using any of the available import/sync options.
