When i make change in foder and notes, does notebooks synchonize automatically o do i have to do it myself ?

You need to trigger the synchronization manually. The main reason for this is that sync may take a few moments (depending on the network connection and number of documents to transfer), and while the process is running, no other operations should be performed. So we think it is better to let you choose when you are ready to sync.
