I accidentally got into the mode where Notebooks thinks I need to send an email to someone; but, I don't want to. Even sending an email to myself does not let me get back into Notebooks (i.e., when I start Notebooks it goes straight to email and I can't figure out how to get back). Help! I no longer can write anything in my Notebooks!
Thank you for this report. When sending a note as mail you should see a "Cancel" button in the top left corner which lets you exit this screen. - Your issue seems to be a little different, though. If you have iOS4 installed, you need to quit Notebooks by opening the list of currently running apps (tap the home button twice), then tap and hold the Notebooks icon until you see the (-) icon, tap the Notebooks icon again and you will quit the app. Launching Notebooks again should bring you back to the normal mode.
Actually this is happening on my iPad running OS 3.2 (4 is not out for the iPAD). There is no little "Cancel" button in the top left corner. I've tried stopping and restarting Notebooks.
