Horizontal view like landscape view

most of the time my iPad is in the craddle.
The landscape view is much better than the horizontal one.
Is there a possibility to choose which view in which position?
There is still enough place in horizontal mode ( and a putton full page can solve writing problems )

Hi Reiner, the iPad automatically selects the layout based on its current orientation. There is no (simple or easy) way of changing this.
