I have installed a WebDave on my Notebook ( Windows 7 ) and the synchronisation works ( more or less good ).
Is there a programm available with which I can open the Files in my Notebook?

Hi Reiner, you can open Notebooks' notes in any application that is able to read UTF-8 files: WordPad, which usually is pre-installed, but you can also take Word or NotePad++ (the original NotePad is not able to open UTF-8 files).
By the way: we are currently preparing desktop versions for Mac and PC.

It would be great if you could make a windows programm which looks similar to Notebooks and has the same functions.

I'm the same opinion. It would be very helpful, if you could build a web frontend to use the notebooks file on a computer, similar to the way you use it on ipad/iphone.

I'm looking for exactly the same functionality, an interface looking like Notebooks to edit my data on my PC, exactly like the good old PalmDesktop !
To use it properly with iPhone and iPad an automatic OTA-sync would be excellent, so all worries about manually syncing would be gone !
This is the last functionality to make Notebooks the very outstanding note App !

I agree with "michel". I'm also an addicted user of PalmDesktop and consider that as a simple but perfect method of managing Memos (Notes). Looking for a new platform since my Treo 680 is almost gone.
What worries me is that you wrote above:

It was in June 2010. And Summer of 2011 is reaching the end now, at least here in Poland :-(
