i can't edit notes i have made?

note i have made seem to have changed to HTML and i can't edit them??
Hi,
to edit a "converted" document, just tap its text 3 times or select "Edit" from the action menu.
In case you selected "Save as HTML" during the formatting process, you now have a document that cannot be edited in Notebooks prior to version 5 (Notebooks 5 is not available yet). In this case, select "Copy as Plain Text" to get an editable version again.
