Feature request: ignore files that start with a dot

Some people like to keep their notes under version control. It'd be nice if Notebooks ignored directories such as .git and .svn
That makes perfect sense. We will see if we ignore dot files by default or include an options...
By the way: using git for your notes is a good idea!
