Is it possible to attach a soundfile (mp3 or aac) to a note?

Hi,

you can link a sound file into an existing note, just like you can link other notes and books, but currently there is no way to embed a sound file. This may change in Notebooks 5.

Can you explain how I would link a sound file to a note? I checked in the manual and it's not clear how it would be done (I'm ready to buy but since the ability to link to sound files is one of the main reasons I'd be buying the app, I need to make sure I understand how it works before I proceed with the purchase.
