Is there a way to navigate between pages in a document besides swiping. It's pretty labor intensive to move between pages 1 and 100 for example

well, the other option is to move back to the list view (use the "back" button in the top left corner) and scroll down until you reach the document you are looking for. You have probably noticed that you can change the sort order, and depending on your situation it might be handy to change the order to "last modified" or "created". Search is yet another quick way to access your documents...
