Notebooks for iPhone Answers

To change the font color globally, just open Notebooks' settings > Default Font & Colors > Paper Type & Colors. In the top section you can select the font color that will be used as the global default.

To change the color for a book or an individual note, open the item's info and select Paper Type & Color.
