How do I reorder tasks, particularly undated ones?

Switch to "Custom Sort Order" and drag the tasks into your preferred order.

You might want to mention this in your documentation and promotional materials, and even expand on it if possible. Being able to prioritize tasks, and not just by date due, is a biggie.
