We are looking for an application where notes can be typed on the PC and can get transferred to IPhone (when connected).
Similarly any notes added on the IPhone should be readable on the PC.
Each note is saved on a diff page with an index.
Notes to be password protected.

Pl suggest if your software can take care of our requirement.
We need 75 units of software.
