please help me. I'm an notebooks user . the app stopped at the scree 'about notebooks' and I can not use the functions help contact faq or settings. What can I do to get notebooks up and running again without loosing my documents
Just terminate Notebooks from the multitasking screen:
- press the Home button to return to your home screen
- then press the Home button twice and you will see a list of all currently running apps
- touch and hold the Notebooks icon in that list until you see the red (-) sign appear
- tap that sign to terminate Notebooks
- press the Home button again when you are done
The next time you start Notebooks, everything should be fine again.
