Move books and notes

I want to move a book from one (higher-level) book to another, and a note from one book to another. Possible?
Sure, that is possible. You move notes by tapping on the folder icon (the same you use in Mobile Mail to move a message) in the toolbar; to move a book, either select "Move" from the context menu or open the book's info (by tapping the blue circle instead of its title) and tap the folder icon.
